El acto incluy\u00f3 breves discursos, una ceremonia especial con la bandera y recreadores vestidos de \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p>Miller pronunci\u00f3 un emotivo discurso al d\u00eda siguiente de la p\u00e9rdida de su padre, el Dr. Robert Miller, que fue el primer alcalde afroamericano de la comunidad de Helena. Miller es nativo de Helena de cuarta generaci\u00f3n, cuyo bisabuelo Abraham H.
