Nationally recognized speaker, BerThaddaeus Bailey, will perform a reenactment of
Dr. King’s “I Have A Dream” speech

On Friday, January 13th, Southern Bancorp will host “Dreams & Opportunities,” an event celebrating the legacy and impact of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. from 11:00am – 12:30pm. The event will feature remarks from Southern Bancorp CEO Darrin Williams and Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr., Mr. Bailey’s recreation of Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech, and performances by the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and the Westwind School for Performing Arts.
