Jason brings over 21 years of banking experience, specializing in commercial lending, row crop production loans, and agricultural equipment financing. His deep expertise and commitment to client success make him a trusted resource for individuals and businesses across the region. Born and raised in the Mississippi Delta, Jason recently relocated to Central Mississippi, continuing his dedication to serving local communities. He earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from Delta State University and has completed advanced banking education at institutions including the Mississippi School of Banking, The Commercial Lending School in Little Rock, the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending at Vanderbilt University, and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. In 2019, Jason was honored with the Dorothy Stuck Empowerment Award, recognizing his leadership and impact with Southern Bancorp. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, hunting, and fishing. He and his wife Gretchen have been married for 15 years and are proud parents to Mary Addison and Jacob.
