To the Editor:
This past week, I was part of a group of 35 people who traveled to Arkadelphia as a part of the National Conference on Rural Philanthropy, to tour and hear an information session hosted by Dr. Wesley Klluck, chair of the Clark County Strategic Plan.
I was a student at Oachita Baptist University from 1977-1981. Through the years I returned periodically for class reunions. Over three decades, it seemed that the town of Arkadelphia never changed. My visit this week completely changed that perception.
