On May 14th, Arkansas County Bank and the Bank of Lockesburg will become Southern Bancorp, and we are excited to welcome you all to our unique brand of mission-driven banking!

We also understand that these types of transitions can be difficult, which is why we’ve created a quick start guide to help you get acquainted with your bank and all of the great products and services now available to you.

P.S.: If you missed your Welcome Letter, we may not have your most up-to-date contact information. You can update it through Online Banking or by calling the Customer Care Center at (800) 789-3428 during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. 

 

Learn About Your Products and Features

You might have seen the Product Change Guide in the Welcome Letter. For a refresher, it’s on page 2!

If you have questions or concerns about the account you are placed in, no worries! Simply contact us and ask to be switched to a different account. Your account can be converted quickly with no cost to you.

As a bonus, check out the full list of features for your accounts. You might see something new and useful!

Log into Online Banking

For your convenience, if you were enrolled in online banking previously, we have enrolled you with the same Web Banking ID (or Username) and email.

Your password is NOT the same.

For those that had an online banking account with Arkansas County Bank, please use the Forgot your Password? link on the Southern Bancorp front page to reset your password.

If you have NEVER had online banking before (even at Arkansas County Bank) and would like to sign up, use the Enroll link below it.

Turn on Electronic Statements

Why?

Electronic Statements (or eStatements) are a safer and more sustainable way to get your monthly statements. You are sent an email to alert you that the statement is available for view. You can access the most recent statement, as well as other previous statements, through online banking.

When you sign up for eStatements you are agreeing to get online statements instead of your regular paper statements.

Not only will you be saving some trees, you may also be saving yourself some money!

Certain accounts waive the maintenance fees when you sign up for eStatements.

 

How do I sign up?

If you didn’t have an online banking account before, you will need to Enroll in Online Banking

If you did have an online banking account, you just need to reset your password and log in

You can then either follow the prompts on this How To Set Up eStatements page, or contact Customer Care to have them walk you through the process.
