You can change your email address yourself within Online Banking.

 

Here’s how to change your personal information.

Once you have changed your email, you will a receive an email by the next Monday or Tuesday. The dates survey emails are sent are:

Don’t have access to Online Banking?

Please call Customer Care at (800) 789-4328.

 

Customer Care is open Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.

They will be able to change your email in our system, and/or troubleshoot any issues.
