Andrea Parnell is a seasoned Human Resources leader with a background in banking, telecom, and information technology. Over the course of her career, she’s led everything from mergers and acquisitions to company-wide talent management programs. At Southern Bancorp, Andrea helps shape a people-first culture that supports the organization’s mission and values.

Before joining the Southern Bancorp team, Andrea held leadership roles at Allied Wireless, Alltel, and Systematics, Inc. She earned her degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Arkansas and holds an SPHR certification.
