Sherman Tate is President and CEO of Tate & Associates management company. The Domino Effect and HT & Associates are operating divisions of Tate & Associates. Prior to starting his own company Tate was Vice President of Distribution Operations for ARKLA Gas Company and subsequently assume a similar role with ALLTEL Wireless Communications and ALLTEL’s local telephone operations. Tate’s community service included the following: Past President of the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, past member of the board of trustees of Philander Smith College where he served as Chairman for ten years, Past member of the St. Vincent Board of directors, Past board member of Centers for Youth and Families, Past Board member of First Commercial Bank ( now Regions ), Past board member of the ONE Bank Board, Past President of the Quapaw Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Currently serving as Board Chairman for the Urban League of the State of Arkansas and presently serves as a member of the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arkansas Board.
